About Crenshaw Farmers Market
Founded in 2005 in Leimert Park, the Crenshaw Farmers’ Market was created in response to a growing need for healthy food access in South LA. What began as a small, grassroots effort has grown into a beloved weekly institution — one that reflects two decades of community resilience and collective care.
Today, it remains a proud project of Food Access LA, dedicated to creating thriving, equitable food systems across the city. Visit the market every Saturday from 10am - 3pm off Crenshaw & Slauson next to U.S. Bank.
